    No. Government tenders stay with the entity that holds the mandate. We can sit on procurement systems and the record. We are not the board.

    Is this PDPL certified?

    No. PDPL here is engineering readiness under Law 151, written into scope where it applies. It is not a certificate. This form collects what we need to reply, under the Privacy Policy.
