We engineer the file a committee can defend. We do not become the committee.

    Who is this for?

    Egyptian ministries, authorities, governorates, and government companies that need a procurement system they can defend. Private sector teams may still procure. The file still names who the entity is.

    Are you the tender board?

    No. We are not a tender board, an awarding authority, or a substitute for the committee. Evaluation criteria are the entity's, written in the file. The committee awards. The system records.

    Do you operate a public marketplace?

    No. This is not a public e-procurement marketplace SHIELDRA operates. The entity runs the system under its mandate. We engineer it. Scope is written.

    Are you PDPL certified?

    No. PDPL here is engineering readiness under Law 151, written into scope where it applies. Encryption, access, audit, and isolation are selected in discovery. It is not a certificate we issue.
