Contents

The index of the house.

Three books. Nine paths. Engineering is built. Advisory is counsel. Government is the relationship with the entity. Procurement is the dedicated government path.

Read left to right, or right to left. The books do not change. The mandate chooses the path.

How to choose

The mandate chooses the book.

Do not start from a product list. Start from what must be run, awarded, protected, or decided. Then open the book that holds that work.

  1. 01

    Name the mandate

What must run, award, protect, or prove. Listen to the entity, not the slide.

  2. 02

    Open the book

Build, counsel, or sit with the entity. Three books. The mandate picks one first.

  3. 03

    Take the path

Each path has its own page. Read it. The index does not replace it.

  4. 04

    Write the file

Scope, bar, delivery. In writing. Nothing is committed until this exists.

The edges

What this index will not claim.

A path is not a purchase. A page is not a contract.

  1. Cl. 01

Not a catalogue of SKUs, a marketplace, or a public price list. Paths describe the work. Scope is written per engagement.

  2. Cl. 02

Advisory is counsel. It is not a build unless a separate written engineering scope says so. Licensed legal, investment, audit, and tax work stay licensed.

  3. Cl. 03

Not a tender board, an awarding authority, or a substitute for the committee that holds the mandate.

  4. Cl. 04

Not a PDPL certificate. Encryption, access, audit, and isolation are the bar. How they are applied is selected in discovery and written into scope.

In writing

Direct answers.

  1. 01

    Which path should we open?

Name the mandate first. If you must run an internal system, start in Engineering. If you must decide before you spend, start in Advisory. If you are an Egyptian entity that must award or prove a record, start in Government. Discovery will say if the first book was wrong.

  2. 02

    Is this only for government?

No. Engineering and advisory sit with government and private sector teams. Government is the relationship with the entity. Private sector remains a seat of the house.

  3. 03

    Is advisory a software project?

No. Advisory is written counsel. A build is a separate written scope. The index lists both so the mandate can choose, not so they are sold as one SKU.

  4. 04

    Where is the pricing?

There is none on this website. We reply within one business day. Nothing is committed until it is written.

The first conversation

Bring the mandate. We will open the right book.

What must be run, awarded, protected, or decided. We will say which path belongs in a file, and which work must stay with the authority that holds the duty.
