1. Art. 01

   What these terms govern

   These Terms of Service govern use of the SHIELDRA public website and how a discovery conversation or written engagement may start. They are not a project contract, a statement of work, or a security guarantee. Using the site is an invitation to contact us, not an award of work.

2. Art. 02

   Who we are

   The website is published by SHIELDRA EG LLC, commercial registration number 298594110, Egypt. We provide software engineering services for government and private sector organizations in Egypt. We do not publish a tax identification number or a street address on this website. Identify us through the Contact page and info@shieldraeg.com.

3. Art. 03

   Nothing is committed until it is written

   Browsing, a meeting request, a call, or a slide is not a binding engagement. No public pricing is offered on this website. Scope, fees, timelines, and security controls exist only in a signed or otherwise written agreement that both parties accept.

4. Art. 04

   What we do, and what we are not

   SHIELDRA EG LLC engineers software and related counsel in writing for government and private sector teams in Egypt. The following limits apply on this website and in public materials:

   • We provide software engineering services. Delivery is defined in a written file.
   • We are not licensed legal representation. Where a practising lawyer must act, a partner legal office acts.
   • We are not licensed investment, audit, or tax advisers.
   • We are not a customs broker.
   • We are not a ministry, an authority, or a tender board.
   • Advisory is not a build unless the written scope says it is.

5. Art. 05

   Quotes, proposals, and statements of work

   A quote, proposal, or statement of work is a draft until it is accepted in writing in the form we specify. Email correspondence does not, by itself, replace a signed agreement unless that written agreement says it does.

6. Art. 06

   Government procurement

   Using this website is not a bid, not an award, not a mandate, and not a filing with a ministry or a tender board. Government work, if any, starts only through the procurement path that applies to that entity and through a written instrument.

7. Art. 07

   Acceptable use

   You may use the site to learn about SHIELDRA and to request a meeting. You must not:

   • Use the site for an unlawful purpose under Egyptian law.
   • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site, or to bypass access controls.
   • Submit false identity details in the Contact form in order to mislead us.
   • Scrape or republish the site as if it were your product, except as Egyptian law allows for ordinary browsing and quotation of short extracts with credit.

8. Art. 08

   Intellectual property

   Website text, marks, and design belong to SHIELDRA unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site as a product or as a template for a competing service. Client deliverables, source code, and project materials are governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by these website terms.

9. Art. 09

   Website information is general

   Content on this website is general information about our work in Egypt. It is not legal advice, not investment, audit, or tax advice, not a customs opinion, and not a substitute for a written scope. You should not rely on it as a professional opinion about your facts.

10. Art. 10

    Personal data

    Personal data submitted through the site is described in the Privacy Policy, under the Egyptian PDPL. These terms do not replace that notice.

11. Art. 11

    Limitation of liability

    These terms apply to use of the website. They do not set the liability for a software project. Project liability, if any, is agreed only in a written contract. We are not liable for decisions you take solely on the basis of general website information.

    Under Egyptian Civil Code Article 217, an agreement cannot exclude liability for fraud or gross fault. We do not claim an illegal waiver. We do not claim unlimited liability for website use. Where Egyptian law limits or forbids a waiver, that law prevails. For permitted website-related claims, our liability is limited to what Egyptian law allows for a free public information site, and is not a substitute for project insurance or a contract cap.

12. Art. 12

    Changes

    We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after the update date is acceptance of the new text for website use. It does not change a signed project agreement.

13. Art. 13

    Governing law and jurisdiction

    These terms, and any dispute about use of the website, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules of Egyptian law. We do not choose a foreign court or a foreign governing law for this website.

14. Art. 14

    Language

    These terms are published in English and in Arabic. Both versions are written to be used. If they conflict, the Arabic text prevails.
